Accommodation Type
At Hawthorn Village we offer first class interior designed two and four bedroom apartments as well as a disable apartment. They have been tailor made to meet the needs of the students and whilst doing so we have created a very cosy and homely ambience.
Kitchen/ living room
All kitchens are fully fitted with all mod cons. These include all kitchen utensils, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, cutlery, glassware and crockery, Hob/Oven etc. The living area contains a dining table and chairs, leather settees, 21" colour television and storage heaters.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have been purpose-built for students. Each ensuite bedroom is supplied with a desk, lamps, built in wardrobes and heater. Study bedrooms are designed to match the needs of today’s students and include internet access, ample storage space, bookshelves, study desks and reading lamps. Students are required to provide their own bed linen and towels.
Special needs
There are apartments within the complex, which are specially adapted for students with special needs. For further details please contact our office.
Housekeeping
There are regular scheduled inspections of apartments to ensure an acceptable standard of cleanliness is maintained. Students are liable for the cost of engaging contract cleaners where apartments are being neglected. A full cleaning service is provided to all entrance hallways, as maintenance of excellent living conditions is a priority.
